Goodman Hong Kong Logistics Fund (GHKLF) is an unlisted real estate trust investing in prime industrial assets throughout Hong Kong. The Fund is focused on providing investors and customers with both a geographically and functionally diverse portfolio concentrating on logistics and warehousing properties.

We aim to be the preferred provider and operator of logistics and warehouse space in Hong Kong and to provide investors with long-term, sustainable income and capital returns through proactive management and the application of Goodman Group’s integrated customer service offering.

Since the Fund's lunched in April 2006, its portfolio has grown from seven properties to 13 stabilised properties.  And in January 2012, the Fund has completed its first development project, Interlink, in Hong Kong which is a 225,000 sqm warehousing and logistics development located in the heart of Tsing Yi.  Today, the Fund is one of the largest industrial landlords in Hong Kong providing over 907,000 sqm with a value of HK$10.7 billion.
