Goodman Pudong International Airport Logistics Park is ideally located next to China’s expanding international air cargo hub in Shanghai. It is immediately adjacent to PACTL West and the airport’s third runway, allowing efficient access both to and from the airport. The Park also offers excellent multimodal local and national transport connections, including the highway network, plus close proximity to China’s ever-expanding rail network and inland waterways, all serving to improve accessibility to Shanghai and the world.

Goodman plans to build prime, two storey, ramp-up warehouse space on three separate land parcels, offering a total gross lettable area of approximately 194,000 sqm.  The first phrase of 43,000 sqm warehouse space is targeted for completion in the third quarter of 2012.
