in Tianjin, China.
DSV, a leading global supplier of transport and logistics solutions, is leasing 12,000 sqm of prime logistics space at Goodman Xiqing Logistics Park
to fulfil a contract on behalf of its customer, Rockwool, an international manufacturer of building materials. Sankyu, a leading Japanese third party logistics provider, currently runs a warehousing facility in Xiqing to serve its many customers. In response to the rapid expansion of its business, Sankyu has leased 6,424 sqm at Goodman Xiqing Logistics Park
Located in the Xiqing Economic Development Zone, one of the most established development zones in Tianjin, Goodman Xiqing Logistics Park

Goodman Xiqing Logistics Park
is being developed in multiple phases. The first phase of the development was completed in October 2014. On completion of the overall development in early 2017, the project will comprise a total of nine warehouses, providing over 210,000 sqm of prime logistics space, with an estimated end value of more than US$120 million.
