Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Here are the most frequently asked questions about the Magic Mile race. If your question isn't listed, please email us here.

When do I get my registration pack?

On Sunday, 25 March 2018, one representative from each team, and each individual Magic Mile Challenge runner is required to pick up the race pack at the registration counter. The registration counter will be opened from 8:30 am onward and the Ramp Run will start at 9:30 am sharp (Magic Mile Challenge). Runners can collect their running bibs from the registration counter on the day and to avoid delays and crowding, you are advised to arrive early.  The organiser will NOT re-issue the number badges as they are unique and non-replaceable. Any runner who does not wear their number badge on the day of the event can still participate at the charity run but will not qualify to win any awards.

What is the dress code?

The Best Dressed competition is as renowned as the Magic Mile itself. Over the past years we have had numerous movie characters, superheroes and a number of tutus. The 7th Goodman Interlink Magic Mile is no exception, and we are encouraging teams and individuals to dig deep into your dress up boxes and come up with the best costume to impress the judges. The only thing we do ask is that you wear a pair of suitable running shoes for comfort and safety.

Will there be storage on site?

There is a temporary storage area at the registration desk, runners can drop off their bags with the baggage tag provided. Please take note that the organiser will not be liable for any loss or damage to the personal belongings brought to the ramp run. After the ramp run, runners need to claim their bags at the registration desk with their own number badge.

How do I get there?

Free circular shuttle bus services between Tsing Yi and Kwai Fong MTR stations and Goodman Interlink will be provided between 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. A Goodman staff member will greet you at Exit C of Tsing Yi MTR station or Exit D of Kwai Fong MTR station.
