On Sunday, 22 March 2020, team captain from each team is required to pick up the race pack at the registration counter. The registration counter will be opened from 9:00 am onwards and the Ramp Run will start at 9:35 am sharp (Magic Mile Team Relay). Runners can collect their running bibs from the registration counter on the day and to avoid delays and crowding, you are advised to arrive earlier.
Registration pack may also be mailed or picked up at Goodman office during 18 - 20 March 2020. Arrangements will be made according to the designated delivery method selected in registration form.
Secure the bib on your chest and make sure it is clearly visible at all times during the race to enable officials to identify your numbers. Do no fold or remove the timing chip. Race participants must step on the timing mats located at the Start and Finish Line, otherwise no results will be provided.
Runners are required to change designated bibs for different races in order to get qualified.
The organiser will NOT re-issue the bibs as they are unique and non-replaceable. Any runner who does not wear their bibs on the day of the event can still participate at the charity run but will not be qualified to win any awards.
The only thing we do ask is that you wear a pair of suitable running shoes for comfort and safety.
Runners may drop off their bags with the baggage tags provided with the bibs and deposit them at the Baggage Deposit Area. We recommend participants to bring along a waterproof bag. We will only process baggage with an official baggage tag. After the race, runners can re-claim their bags at the Baggage Deposit Area. All runners are required to collect their belongings before the counter closes at 1:00 pm.
The Organizer (Goodman Asia Limited) will not be liable for any loss or damage to any belongings brought to the Magic Mile.
Complimentary shuttle bus service between Tsing Yi and Kwai Fong MTR stations. The buses will be running between 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. Complimentary parking is available too.
Water stations with dispensers will be setup at the Start, Finish Point, 3/F and 15/F. Participants are encouraged to refill water using their own bottle and avoid using disposable plastic bottles.
