DB Schenker expanded the long-standing, global relationship with Goodman into China, by pre-leasing a built-to-suit (BTS) facility at Goodman Jinxi Logistics Centre in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province.

DB Schenker, one of the world’s largest transportation and logistics service providers, required a property solution which incorporated the operations of its customer, Kone, under one roof. From there it would supply parts and components for elevators and escalators throughout Eastern China.
